A blend of aromatic & flavorful spices, used to marinate meat, poultry, fish & paneer cheese, before cooked at high temperatures in a tandoor (clay oven) a traditional barbecue grill.
Most common dishes are tandoori chicken, chicken tikka or butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, tandoori fish & paneer tikka.
Ingredients: Spices (Including Paprika, Turmeric), Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika Extract.
Simple Recipe to prepare ‘TANDOORI CHICKEN’ Make Paste with 1 Cup Yogurt, 6 Tbsp “Tandoori Masala”, 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil, 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste, 1Tsp Lime/Lemon juice & Salt to taste. To Marinade-Slash diagonally 2 1/2 lbs skinless Chicken Whole or Pieces, Rub the Paste well coated into the Chicken & Refrigerate for (at least) 4-8 hours. Grill the marinated chicken on the bbq grill or in the tandoori oven till the chicken is tender & Juicy. Garnish with Lime Wedges & Onion Rings, Serve Sizzling Hot.
