Sfoglini Pasta Organi Beet Fusilli
Organic Durum Semolina Flour, Beets (Raw, Cold Pressed Juice), Water.
In a large pot, heat four quarts of salted water and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and stir. Cook for five to six minutes, stirring occasionally and then strain. Reserve two to three tablespoons of pasta water to add your sauce.
Cook time: 5-6 minutes.
Produced in a facility that uses cuttlefish ink (squid ink), mushrooms and chestnuts.
