Straw mushroom beef stir-fry with black pepper sauce.
In a hot wok, heat oil and stir-fry beef strips with garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and onions. When the beef is half cooked, stir in drained Roland® straw mushrooms and season with Roland® black bean sauce, Roland® soy sauce, and sugar. Cook until beef is done and serve.
