Marshmallow is a perennial herb known for healing properties, coats the throat, reduce stomach irritation & a great heartburn home remedy. Cures painful mouth ulcers, canker sores, cut on the inside of the cheeks, inflamed gums, sore throats and dry coughs.*

Marshmallow Tea:

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon leaf, steep for 2-4 minutes, strain, & sweeten to taste and drink cool 1 cup/day.
