You Will Need: 1/4 cup water; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 1 egg. 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Place water, oil and egg in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and fudge pouch (enclosed); stir until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. 3. Bake as directed below. Cool completely in pan before cutting. 8 inch x 8 inch (metal) pan size: 40-44 minutes bake time. 8 inch x 8 inch (glass) pan size: 45-49 minutes bake time. 9 inch x 9 inch (metal) pan size: 40-44 minutes bake time. Do not overbake. Fresh-baked brownies appear underbaked but cool to doneness. For thicker brownies, make batter using 2 tablespoons water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Bake as directed. High Altitude: Add 1/3 cup all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water.
