Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix
Sugar, Enriched Bleached Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Soy Lecithin (emulsifier), Vanilla Extract), Cocoa, Soybean Oil, Cocoa (processed With Alkali), Less Than 2% Of: Artificial Flavor, Baking Soda, Salt.
You Will Need:
1/4 cup water; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 1 egg.
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place water, oil and egg in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and stir until well blended. Spread in prepared pan.
3. Bake as directed below. Cool completely in a pan before cutting.
Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch (metal); Bake Time: 39-43 minutes.
Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch (glass); Bake Time: 43-48 minutes.
Pan Size: 9 inch x 9 inch (metal); Bake Time: 39-43 minutes.
Do not overbake. Fresh-baked brownies appear underbaked but cool to doneness.
For cake-like brownies, make better using 2 tablespoons water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Bake as directed.
High Altitude: Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water. Do not eat raw batter.
