Garam Masala is the blend of warm & aromatic spices, and is indispensable to Moghul & North Indian cooking. It adds warmth sweet aroma & richness to chicken, lamb, fish, potatoes, rice pilaf & curried dishes.
Suggested Usage: Usually whole ‘Garam Masala’ is toasted or fried in hot oil or ghee before other ingredients such as meat, onions, garlic, or ginger are added, to release its heavenly aroma and enhance heart-warming taste to the food you are cooking.
Add 1-2 tsp Garam Masala to 4 servings of beef or lamb stew.
