Fenugreek Leaves are sun dried leaves of an annual herb. It has a sweet-nutty flavor but slightly bitter, and stimulates the taste buds when added to a recipe. Used mostly for flavoring various Indian and Persian dishes.
Dried leaves have a more intense flavor than fresh fenugreek leaves. It can be dry-roasted or just crumbled, and sprinkled over meat and vegetable curries or on thick gravies before serving.
