Jasmine flowers are small and delicate, prized for their delicate fragrance. It gives scent that is incredibly volatile and have lingering hint of aroma.
Flowers have soothing properties: they relieve stress, normalize blood pressure and sleep, relieve your nerves and anxiety. Make tea by simply mix with green, white or black teas or herbal tea with skullcap or lemon balm.
To make Tea: Pour a cup of hot water (90-100ºF) over 1-2tsp Jasmine flower, steep for 2-3minutes, strain, may add honey or natural sweetener to taste.
