Suggested Uses: Chia seeds can be eaten raw, have a nice "nutty" flavor. May take up to 1 Tbsp of the dry seeds and add them to drinks/liquid or sprinkle them on food. Ground Chia seeds are used in baked goods including breads, cakes & biscuits. Chia sprouts are used as in salads, sandwiches and other dishes.

Use 3tbsp gel 3 times/day. mix them into any drink or foodor just take the chia gel as is. Gels are also used in gruels, porridges and puddings.
