Organic Durum Wheat Semolina.
Directions
Cook time 12 minutes. Cook pasta in 4 quarts pf salted boiled water, stirring frequently. Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine broccoli, garlic, olive oil, pepper and salt to taste on a large baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until broccoli is tender and a bit charred. Add lemon zest. Cook pasta in 4 quarts of salted, boiling water for 12 minutes. Stir frequently. Add to a large serving bowl, toss in roasted broccoli, top with cheese, and serve.
