This fiery curry gets its color from the abundance of red Thai chilis crushed into a paste with aromatic Thai herbs and spices like lemongrass, galangal, and Makrut lime leaves. It is, quite literally, red hot.
Just mix with your favorite veggies and protein and serve over rice or noodles!
