Onions, Chili, Sugar, Salt, Shrimp, Anchovies, Shrimp Paste, Palm Oil, Garlic, Monosodium Glutamate.
Additional Recipe: Nasi Lemak (Serve 6)
5 cup rice, 500ml thick coconut milk, 2 slices ginger, 2 shallot, peeled & smashed, 1 tsh salt & oil, 2 pandan leave, knotted.
- Wash rice until clean then drain and then put in rice, ginger, shallots, pandan leaves, salt and oil in a rice cooker.
- Pour coconut milk over the rice, the level of coconut milk should be 2cm above the level of the rice.
- Cook rice yntil dry then loosen it with a wooden ladle. Serve Nasi Lemak with Sambal Nasi Lemak, Gaenish with egg, serve hot.
