This is a tasty addition to all kinds of Asian soups. Also goes well with fried rice and some chefs put a bit of this in their Pad Thai.
Crab Paste is made from ground preserved crab. Use Crap paste to make authentic homemade curry paste or add a tiny bit to stir fry to round out the flavor of your Thai dish.
Crab paste or crab sauce is a fermented condiment commonly used in Southeast Asian, Northeastern South Asian and Southern Chinese cuisines. Can be mixed with many types of chilli pastes, Thai curry paste such as sour curry (kaeng som).
Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 30 days.
