We like to call Citrus our full spectrum bitters. Rather than focus on a simple fruit we decide on from as many as 4 types of Citrus pith for this recipe. The result is fantastic; full, bright and aromatic it's the most versatile bitter we've ever tasted. Fantastic in cooking too!
