As a Foodie in San Francisco in the 1980's, the best restaurants had wonderful pepper which I adored... These days you get black specs, sadly; unless you buy Talamanca Pepper! Try it, you'll like it...

This black pepper brings an exhilarating zing to the mouth. Very different than tellicherry pepper.

I gave them my money, they sent me the pepper, it tastes more pungent than I’m used too.
That’s a good thing.
